We want to see money, knowledge, and opportunities flowing between neighbors, creators, youth, elders, and business owners alike. We want our children to grow up knowing that they can build something here— that greatness doesn’t have to mean leaving your hometown behind.

That is why we focus on bringing people and industries together. A barber and a tech developer might not seem like a natural pairing, but what if the tech developer creates a booking app that helps the barber double his/her income and hired more people from the local neighborhood?
